“Operation Italy”, this is the codename of the Distributed Denial of Service attack which hit the Italian Government’s Websites and Berlusconi's networks.
In a manifest appeared some days ago, the "Anonymous" group denounced the Italian Government and its leader of having led the country into an untenable political and economic situation. In particular, today Berlusconi's journal, "Il giornale.it", has been attacked by the hackers, although it didn't shutdown completely, and the owner accused of web censorship, encouraging prostitution, dealing with the Mafia, corruption and media manipulation.
